We provide FREE DELIVERY for every nett purchase (i.e. after discount) of S$150 and above in a single order within the island of Singapore.
Free delivery is not available for the followings;
– If an order consists of 50% and above promotion items.
– During promotion event period.
– Delivery to Restricted Area Such As Airport Freight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island & Sentosa.
Due to increase in non-receipt of packages under normal postage, Plusylicious has stopped using Singpost Normal Mail delivery. Our Free Delivery is under Singpost service with a tracking number. If you need the package urgently, please opt for courier service.
Items on pre-order will take about 10-14 WORKING DAYS* or less to deliver. We are unable to control the delivery speed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes shipment could be delayed due to custom issue or public holidays.
We will process your order within 3 WORKING DAYS* excluding Singpost or Courier delivery time once your pre-ordered items arrived in Singapore. If you have ordered Ready stock and Pre-order items in a single order, your order will be dispatched only when all your pre-ordered items arrived in Singapore. Or you may opt for separate delivery to have the ready stock items delivered first, followed by pre-ordered items. Additional charge for the separate delivery is to be borne by buyer.
If you need the package urgently, please opt for courier service.
Delivery of Sale Items
Buyers are required to pay the postage cost for the promotion items purchased. Please select the delivery option if your order is consisted of Sale items only. We will not be held responsible for any lost parcels or damaged items made by the delivery company.
Local Courier Delivery
We will follow-up for you should you not receive the item by the stipulated time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes delivery might be slightly delayed due to traffic conditions, heavy rain or haze. We seek your patience and understanding.
- Courier can be arranged at your preferred day and time (Please leave your preferred delivery timing in the “Checkout Page” under Comments).
- If no preferred timing is indicated, default timing to deliver is anytime before 8pm.
- Item will reach you in 1-3 WORKING DAYS after your items are ready for dispatch.
- We are not responsible for late deliveries by Courier Company especially when they have high volume delivery due to festive seasons, we seek your understanding.
You will see the shipping charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online. For international orders, we deliver our products using Speedpost service with a tracking number for all deliveries. The relevant transit times apply. Additional charges may apply.
- Paypal as payment for international orders is much preferred. A separate email with bank details will be sent if Bank Transfer is opted.
- International delivery is based on the weight or size (whichever is higher) of your package.
- For all international shipments, buyer is responsible for all duties; customs fees and additional handling charges incurred.
- We are not responsible for all delay due to transit time.
- We reserve the right not to ship to P.O. Box address.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do not pay any shipping charges.
- All shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.
All customers will receive an acknowledgement email from us once their order is processed. This email contains details of their purchase and delivery information.
Collect From POPStation
To make shopping even more convenient for individuals on-the-go, you can now collect your orders at any of your preferred POPStation islandwide!
POPStation is a new and secure way to collect your parcels. Shop online and have your items delivered to a POPStation near you for self-collection anytime at 24 hours a day.
After your items are delivered to your selected POPstation, you will receive a Barcode in an email or a SMS message with Locker Number and Collection PIN code. Hence, please make sure a valid email address and handphone number are in usable condition.
Please collect your parcel within 3 days from the time you receive the SMS/email. Additional delivery fee of $6.00 will be chargeable by Singpost for uncollected parcels.
If you are going overseas before receiving notification from Singpost POPStation, kindly inform us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange the delivery when you are back in Singapore.
Unsuccessful Delivery / Unclaimed Item
Buyer is strongly advised to make sure their delivery address is correct before checkout. Additional delivery charge of $7.00 will apply if the package is returned to Plusylicious for re-delivery.
Reminder emails and SMS will be sent to buyers to claim their package. Any unclaimed item within 2 MONTHS will be disposed of.
Uncollected Item From POPStation
Buyer is strong advised to collect the item from popstation before the expiry date. If you are unable to collect the item within the given period, you may ask your friend / family member / colleague to collect on behalf. Singpost will return all uncollected the parcels to Plusylicious and the whole process will take more than 10 days.
