Q1. How do I place an order with Plusylicious?
Please submit your orders via the ADD TO CART button and follow through with the shopping process. You are strongly recommended to Register an account with us so you won’t have to key in your address and other details for your subsequent purchase with us.
If you would like to make any changes to your order/information provided, please email Plusylicious at firstname.lastname@example.org (within 24hours) with your order number and the changes you would like to make.
If any of your order is found to be out of stock, you will be notified by email or SMS.
Q2. What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit cards, PayPal, iBanking / ATM Transfer and PayLah / PayNow. If you have made payment by credit card or PayPal, you will receive an immediate email confirmation notification.
When payment is done, please email to email@example.com with your order number and transaction reference.
Q3. Can I pay by Debit Card or Credit Card?
Yes you can! Simply select PayPal as your payment option and click on PROCEED TO PAYPAL button on Checkout page.
Q4. How fast will I received my order after making payment?
For ready stock, we will mail your order out on the next available business day upon successful receipt of funds. Thereafter it will depend on the SingPost’s delivery schedule. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be mailed out the following business day. If for any reason, delivery on the next available business day is not available, we will notify you via SMS or e-mail.
If you should need the item urgently, please opt for Courier delivery.
Please note that preorders will take approx. 10 to 14 or less business days delivery.
If you have ordered both Ready stock and Pre-order items in a single order, your order will be dispatched only when all your pre-ordered items arrived in 10-14 business days. Or you may opt for separate delivery to have the ready stock items delivered first, followed by pre-ordered items. Additional charge for the separate delivery is to be borne by buyer.
Q5. What is your delivery arrangement like?

Q6. Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship to Malaysia. We prefer Paypal as payment option for international orders. A separate email with bank details will be sent if buyers prefer to pay by bank transfer. All international delivery is arranged under Registered Mail service. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more details.
Q7. Do you have a physical retail shop?
Apologies, we do not have a physical retail shop.
Q8. Can I exchange the incorrect sizes I purchased?
Yes you can! You can exchange the same item for different sizing. If the preferred size is out of stock, you may exchange the item that has the same pricing or you may top up to purchase another item that has a higher pricing.
All exchanges or returns are to be done so within *5 working days upon receipt of items. And *30 working days for international customers.
All exchange or return items must be returned to Plusylicious via REGISTERED MAIL or SMARTPAC in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed.
Buyers have to bear the full postage cost for the return or exchange items sent back to us. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
Q9. What is your return/exchange policy like?

Q10. Can I ask for refund?
Yes you can. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected.
If you paid with;
Credit card (including PayPal Credit): your refund will go to your credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The money will still be sent to this card account.
Debit card: your refund will go to your debit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the refund can’t be applied to your debit card, it’ll be sent to your PayPal account.
Bank account: Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to let us know where to make the refund to. In this case, you can also request refund via PayLah or PayNow.
Q11. I bought a dress when it was on sale but the size cannot fit. Can I exchange?
Apologies. All merchandises that are on sale are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable, even for sizes.
Q12. How do I apply for membership?
To become a member, simply spend minimum S$150 nett purchase of regular items (after discount and excludes delivery) on a single order! A membership code will be send to buyers via email or SMS.
Q13. I have made the min. S$150 nett purchase requirement to become member, can I use the Membership Discount on this purchase?
Apologies. Membership discount is only valid for next and future purchases after the first transaction is paid and completed.
Q14. Can I combine my orders to join membership?
Apologies. Combine orders are not acceptable.
Q15. Can I use my Membership Discount together with other coupons available?
No. You can only use one discount for each purchase.
Q16. I want something but I don’t have the funds yet, can you reserve for me?
Apologies, we do not have a reserve policy.
