We want our customers to love what they ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange although we would try our best to accommodate if we can.
Returns are provided for all items (except Sale Merchandise, Intimates, Swimwear, Accessories and Bags).
To request for an exchange, buyers would need to agree to and perform the following terms & conditions:
- Apparel is exchangeable and must be made within FIVE business days from the day it is received. Any exchanges after 5 working days will not be entertained.
- Apparel must be brand new, without defects and not worn out or washed. Buyer will mail the piece for exchange back to Plusylicious via REGISTERED MAIL in its original packaging.
- Customers are strongly recommended to return the merchandise via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Plusylicious will not proceed on with the return if the package does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.
- Buyer will bear the cost of mail for the exchanged piece to be mailed to Plusylicious and from Plusylicious to buyer.
- Exchange can only be done ONCE for each order number placed, after which, request for a second exchange of the same order number will not be entertained.

We will absorb the full postage cost for;
- Receipt of incorrect sizes, colors and designs
- Receipt of defective products
Goods exchange is only allowed for out of stock merchandise with same or higher values. Top up difference (if any) is required to pay by ATM or iBanking transfer.
For Refunds, we regret that we do not provide refunds but we will reimburse Buyer by issuing a Store Credit Code. Once the return is processed, Buyer will receive Store Credit Code with amounts that are the paid amounts of the returned product’s value less the discount (if any). Buyer can use the Store Credit Code to offset against future purchases within 3-month from issue date. The code will expire after 3 months.
The availability of our apparels are subjected to First Come First Serve basis. Buyers will be notified by email or SMS if the order is paid and found to be out of stock. Under such circumstance, buyers may opt to purchase another item with same or higher values. Top up difference (if any) is required to pay by ATM or iBanking transfer.
All measurements are provided on each Product Page and Buyers are expected to review them before making the purchase. Buyers are always welcome to send in their query before making the purchase.

Winter Clothing
Buyer will bear the cost of mail for the exchanged piece to be mailed to Plusylicious and from Plusylicious to buyer. In consideration that the winter clothing are thick and bulky products, the postage of returning these items will be higher depending on the delivery company charges.
Defective Items
We will acknowledge the items as defective if it is due to manufacturing glitches. (Manufacturing glitches exclude stray threads and removable stains).
We will absorb the postage cost for the replacement items sent.
Buyer should reject the package if there are signs of damage or tampering during delivery. Please let us know immediately and we will rectify the issues with the delivery provider directly. We will not acknowledge the problem if Buyers have accepted the goods.
Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered as defective. If Buyer would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
For defective items, a clear snapshot of the item and defected area will be required.

Colours
Please note that Plusylicious will not accept exchanges for colours. The actual colours you see will depend on the monitor that you are viewing. Plusylicious cannot guarantee that the colour shown is exactly the same as the product you may purchase.
Items On Sale
All merchandises that are on sale are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable, even for sizes. Please kindly read the descriptions and measurements carefully!
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are under the following criteria;
- Any items that are under “Intimates” category
- Panty Hoses / Stockings
- Swimwear
- Accessories and Bags
- Promotion Items
False Claims
Should we find the returned item is not defective as aforementioned, we will send the item back to buyer and all postage costs will be borne by buyer. Postage will be sent via normal mail.
Please let us know should you wish to opt otherwise.
Buyer shall bear full responsibility in making sure items are packed securely and sealed properly when returning the items to us. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchanges.
Disclaimer
Plusylicious reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If the package is not accepted, it will be sent back to the Buyers at their expense and any exchange will not be granted.
